All 4 Paws Enterprises, LLC is the culmination of many years of work, experience and service.  As dog lovers and entrepreneurs, our Real Estate Investment Company has a greater mission than just transforming the structure of a building - we rebuild homes for families and their pets, and foster relationships with aspiring entrepreneurs. 

 

Our short-term mission is to create a portfolio of pet friendly rental properties in the Greensboro, NC area with fenced in yards. Too many times pets are given up due to issues that prevent their people from securing suitable living spaces. Our hope is have a supportive community in which renters can keep their pets with them and not contribute to the number of pets surrendered to animal shelters.

 

Most importantly, we are a service oriented company and 10% of all profits will be donated to our long time passion for dog rescue and aspiring entrepreneurs.  See our Giving Back tab for more information on the causes and charities we are supporting.

Our ultimate mission is to build a community where people who are down on their luck can get back on their feet, and dogs get back on their paws.   This community will be built from the ground up, consisting of small homes and cottages, all with fenced yards.  There will be a community center that will provide services to the community such as counselors, career counselors, entrepreneurship workshops, dog trainers, nutritionists, financial advisers, and even a community garden.

We will create an environment where people can get in touch with who they are, find the meaning in their life and learn to trust again - in collaboration with a rescue dog that also needs to learn to love and trust again.   In a loving, caring, non-judgmental, structured environment, they will learn to take responsibility for themselves and their dog.
